Local Italian Cheese Tasting CourseGiven at the Monastery of Santo Spirito accommodations. Connoisseurs of gourmet cheese develop finely tuned techniques for sensorial analysis, which allow them to identify the slightest nuance unique to each type. During this course, participants will learn visual analysis, olfactory analysis and gustative analysis, each of which reveals the subtle differences between and similarities of the characteristics of Abruzzo cheeses.
